基于软件锁相环直流电机转速控制算法的研究及实现
Realization and Speed Control Algorithm of DC Motor Based on Phase-locked Loop Technology
【摘要】 某些场合对电机调速系统的性能有很高的要求,而基于锁相环技术的调速控制系统在稳速精度方面有其独特的优势.在改进线性锁相环基础上,设计一种软件锁相环直流电机转速控制系统,基于PIC单片机通过软件算法来实现锁相功能.阐述了软件锁相环直流电机控制系统的工作原理,分析了其S域和Z域数学模型,并利用高性能微处理器实现了软件锁相环直流电机控制算法.仿真实验表明,使用该算法的直流调速系统具有超调量小、动态过程时间短和稳态精度高等优点.
【Abstract】 The high performance of motor speed control system is required in some situations,while the motor timing system based on the phase-locked loop technology has its unique advantage in the steady speed precision.Based on the improved linear phase-locked loop,the paper designs the velocity control system of DC motor with software phase-locked loop,which is realized by the PIC single-chip microprocessor.The paper introduces operational principle of DC motor control system with SPLL,and analyses its S and Z domain mathematic models.And the SPLL control algorithm of the DC motor is achieved by high-powered microprocessor with a very high control precision.
