Fe-Co-Sm-Ho合金800℃下的金属间化合物
Intermetallic compound of Fe-Co-Sm-Ho alloy on 800℃
【摘要】 为了研究Fe-Co-Sm-Ho合金在800℃平衡条件下所存在的金属间化合物种类和晶体结构,配制了39个Fe-Co-Sm-Ho合金样品.采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射方法,分析确定了Fe-Co-Sm-Ho合金在800℃平衡条件下共有7个类型的金属间化合物存在:1∶2型、1∶3型、1∶5型、2∶7型、6∶23型、Th2Ni17结构的2∶17型和Th2Zn17结构的2∶17型.
【Abstract】 For researching intermetallic compound’s kind and crystal structure etc of Fe-Co-Sm-Ho alloy on 800℃ equilibrium condition,39 samples are prepared and refined.Intermetallic compound is determined by using optical microscopy,X-ray diffraction analysis.There are seven intermetallic phases tapes: 1∶2 tape,1∶3 tape,1∶5 tape,2∶7 tape,6∶23 tape,(Th2 Ni17′s) 2∶17 tape and(Th2Zn17′s) 2∶17 tape.Fe and Co can completely dissolve in 1∶2 tape and 1∶3 tape,but Fe or Co can partially dissolve in 1∶5 tape,2∶7 tape,6∶23 tape.
