【摘要】 目的探讨和总结锁定钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法自2005年6月至2008年2月应用锁定加压钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折28例,按AO分类,A 1型10例,A 2型7例,A 3型11例。结果术后随访6～20个月,平均11个月。参照黄公怡评分标准进行评价,优14例,良12例,差2例,优良率为92.7%。1例髋内翻畸形25°,1例畸形愈合伴下肢短缩2.5 cm。结论锁定加压钢板组合使用常规和锁定螺丝钉内固定方法,是治疗股骨转子间骨折的优良方法,尤其适用于粉碎性骨折和骨质疏松患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and evaluate the clinical effects of locking-compression plate for treating femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods From May 2006 to Feb.2008,28 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation using locking-compression plate.Of the 28 cases,10 cases were classified as 31A1,7 cases grade 31A2,11 cases grade 31A3 based on AO classification.The follow-up were 6 to 18 months.Results one case suffered coxa vara of 25.The another case occurred malunion and had 3 cm less length of lower extremity.The rate of good and excellent was 92.7% according the results of Huanggongyi′s scores.Conclusion Locking-compression plate can combine the common and locking screws of internal fixation techniques.It is a good choice for treating femoral intertrochanteric fractures,especially for comminuted fracture and osteoporotic cases.更多还原
