【摘要】 开发了大型渠道机械化衬砌混凝土施工设备,主要有SCFM系列振动滑模成型衬砌机和CCFM系列振动碾压成型机。其中SCFM系列振动滑模成型衬砌机安装有混凝土高频振捣棒组、混凝土挤压成型模板等,设备在工作过程中可一次完成渠道混凝土布料、振捣密实、提浆、挤压成型等工作;CCFM系列振动碾压成型机采用外置式振动碾压成型技术。介绍了大型渠道机械化衬砌用混凝土的技术参数、衬砌机械化施工工艺流程及施工时设备操作使用要点等。更多还原

【Abstract】 A type of mechanized lining concrete equipment on large-scale canal is developed which mainly includes SCFM series vibration slipform molding lining machines and CCFM series vibration rolling machines.SCFM series lining machines are equipped with a group of concrete poker vibrators and concrete formwork,etc. So the equipment can finish distributing,vibrating and compacting,mud extracting,compression molding of canal concrete in a process,etc.CCFM series vibration rolling machines use external vibration roller compacted molding technology.
