广州新电视塔核心筒施工阶段收缩徐变研究
Analysis on Shrinkage and Creep of Guangzhou New TV Tower Core Tube in Construction
【摘要】 广州新电视塔核心筒高达454m,在整个施工周期内,一直发生竖向变形,其中一部分是长期的、不可逆的,如自重下的压缩变形和混凝土的收缩徐变变形,它会对结构的施工质量和安全造成严重影响。通过有限元方法,对核心筒混凝土在施工过程中的收缩和徐变变形进行了计算分析。计算结果表明,核心筒设计标高需要在施工过程中进行补偿,补偿后和高程的竖向差异呈鱼腹形。
【Abstract】 Core tube of Guangzhou New TV Tower,454m height,continuously deforms in vertical direction during the whole construction period,and parts of the deformations are long-term and irreversible,such as compression under deadweight and concrete shrinkage and creep,which can seriously influence structural construction quality and safety.Based on finite element methods,shrinkage and creep deformations of the core tube are calculated and analyzed.The results show that the designed elevation should be compensated during construction,and vertical differences of practical and designed elevation at different construction stages are fish-bellied shape.
