空间站尿液废水处理回用技术及其应用进展

【摘要】 尿液含有高浓度的有机物、氨氮和盐,实现尿液的闭路循环是空间站再生式环境控制与生命保障系统的重要环节.对国外尿液处理技术的发展动态以及蒸馏法、高级氧化法、冻干法和生物法等4种尿液处理与水回用工艺作了综述,并在对各种工艺进行系统分析比较的基础上,指出了我国研发新型空间站尿液处理与水回用设备时应重点考虑的研究方向.

【Abstract】 There are high concentrations of TOC,NH3-N and salts in urine waste.The closed loop cycle of urine is important to the Environmental Control and Life Support System(ECLSS) in space station.There are mainly 4 kinds of urine waste treatment and water reclamation techniques,including distillation,advanced oxidation,lyophilization and bio-regenerative methods.In this paper,principles,processes,developments and applications of these methods were introduced and discussed.The techniques that should be selected and their corresponding problems were presented to designate the direction for investigating and exploring a new style urine waste treatment and water reclamation equipment.
