发动机汽缸的工作可靠性分析
Study on Reliability of Engine Cylinder
【摘要】 在对发动机汽缸磨损量与相应的最大车辆行驶里程进行统计分析的基础上,通过K-S检验分析确定了发动机汽缸磨损分布规律,并运用模糊熵理论,提出了确定发动机汽缸磨损失效隶属函数参数以及汽缸工作可靠度的研究方法.计算结果表明,确保发动机汽缸具有较好的工作可靠性和使用经济性的车辆最大行驶里程为176 130 km.
【Abstract】 Based on the statistic analysis of engine cylinder wear and maximum vehicle mileage,the distributing rule of cylinder wear was determined through K-S examination and the research method to ascertain the parameter of the membership function for engine cylinder wear failure and engine cylinder reliability was proposed by fuzzy entropy.Result of calculation and analysis shows that maximum vehicle mileage is 176 130 km in which the engine cylinder has good reliability and economy.
