发动机凸轮轴非接触三维精密测量

【摘要】 从测量方法入手,以角点提取及角点匹配算法理论为基础,提出了基于多边不规则模型的特征匹配方法,解决了凸轮轴检测过程中,使用编码标记点与自身特征产生的匹配困难以及造成精度不高的问题.对凸轮轴的三维测量实验验证,基于多边不规则模型的特征匹配方法,使拍摄拼接的法向平均测量精度达到小于0.04 mm的水平.所提出的测量方法能够有效地提高双目CCD三维测量精度.

【Abstract】 The non-touch 3D measuring based on machine vision was introduced into camshaft precise measuring.Current CCD 3-dimensional measuring can’t meet the requirements for camshaft’s measuring precision.A Multi-Character Match method based on the Polygonal Non-regular model was advanced with the theory of Angle Picking and Angle Matching.This method can solve the problem of matching difficulty and low precision in the measuring process from the Coded Reference Point method and Self-Character Match method.The 3D measuring experiment on camshaft proves that the normal average measuring precision is increased to a new level less than 0.04 mm in the point-clouds photo merge.This measuring method can effectively increase the 3D measuring precision of the double-eye CCD.
