【Abstract】 Though there are many studies on appraisal in the area of the criminal and civil procedure, the analysis of appraisal in intellectual property litigation is relatively rare.To guarantee the fair and efficient appraisal of special issues in IP cases, besides setting up and strengthening relevant systems, we should pay more attention to the training of appraisers;build up state-level authoritative appraisal institutions;normalize rules and procedures of IP appraisal, establish the quality evaluation system;and eliminate local and departmental protectionism.更多还原
