【摘要】 目的:观察经过改进的输卵管银夹的绝育效果。方法:采用多中心研究方法,比较经过改良的YZ-Ⅱ输卵管银夹与原夹的绝育效果,并分析影响绝育效果的因素。结果:手术对象1334例,其中,采用改良夹505例,原夹829例,绝育3年后寿命表复孕率分别为0.20%和1.57%,成功率分别为99.80%和98.43%,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:改良后的银夹明显提高了银夹绝育术的成功率,尤其适用于输卵管充血增粗者,且副反应轻,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the sterilization effectiveness of modified tubal silver clip.Methods:A multicenter study was introduced to observe the sterilization effect between modified YZ-Ⅱ tubal silver clip and original one. The factors affecting the sterilization effects were also analyzed.Results:A total of 1334 patients were recruited.Among them,505 eases were used modified clip and 829 used original one.The life table failure rate was 0.20 percent in modified clip group while 1.57 percent in original one after 3 years of use.Achievement ratio was 99.80% and 98.43% respectively in modified group and original group. There was statistically significant difference in two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions:The achievement ratio of the modified silver clip is obviously elevated than that in the original one especially using for women with hyperemia and thick tube. It has slight side effects and is worth spreading and application in clinic.更多还原
