【摘要】 目的:探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清sICAM-1水平与性激素及肥胖的相关性,为PCOS患者心血管疾病的防治提供理论依据。方法:以体重指数(BMI)≥24kg/m2或腰臀比(WHR)≥0.8为肥胖标准,将96例PCOS患者分为肥胖组和非肥胖组。测量其身高(m)、体重(kg)、腰围(cm)、臀围(cm)和测定性激素水平以及sICAM-1水平,并将sICAM-1与所测临床指标进行多因素分析。结果:肥胖组血清sICAM-1水平高于非肥胖组(P<0.05),多因素分析显示血清sICAM-1水平与年龄、BMI、WHR、睾酮呈正相关。结论:PCOS患者sICAM-1水平随着年龄、BMI、WHR和睾酮水平增高而升高。PCOS患者血清sICAM-1水平与肥胖尤其是中心性肥胖有密切联系。应积极治疗和监测PCOS患者,以防止和减少其心血管疾病的发生发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To research plasma soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)concentration in patient with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome(PCOS),and to provide the basis for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease in these women.Methods:According to BMI≥24 kg/m2 or WHR≥0.8,all the PCOS subjects were divided into obese group and non-obese group.All subjects were measured height(m),weight(kg),waist circumference(cm),hip circumference(cm),sex hormone level,and the level of sICAM-1.The multiple linear regression analysis was done between sICAM-1 and clinical indexes above.Results:The serum sICAM-1 level in obese group was higher than the non-obese group(P<0.05);the serum sICAM-1 level had positive correlation with age,BMI,WHR,and serum testosterone by multiplicity analysis.Conclusions:The serum sICAM-1 level of PCOS patients is much higher,corresponding to higher BMI,WHR and serum testosterone level.The sICAM-1 associated with obese,especially with central obese.So we must monitor PCOS patients closely,especial PCOS central obese patients,in order to prevent cardiovascular diseases.更多还原
