【摘要】 目的:探讨鼻窦清合剂对鼻窦炎模型兔IL-6、CRP水平的影响。方法:采用改良后的Hinni造模法建立兔急慢性鼻窦炎模型。予以鼻窦清合剂高、低剂量灌胃治疗,并设立空白组、模型组、鼻渊舒(鼻渊舒口服液灌胃)组作为对照。观察各组兔血清IL-6、CRP浓度变化。结果:模型兔IL-6,CRP浓度明显升高,经鼻窦清合剂低、高剂量治疗后,兔IL-6、CRP浓度接近正常范围。结论:鼻窦清合剂的临床治疗量可明显改善急慢性鼻窦炎兔全身及局部的炎症反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Investigate the effects of Bidouqing mixture on IL-6 and CRP in rabbits with nasosinusitis.Method:Nasosinusitis models were established by modified method of Hinni’s.Fifty-four rabbits were randomly devided into nine groups:normoral,acute and chronic model;acute and chronic groups with Biyuanshu,Bidouqing mixture with lower and higher groups;in the end of the treatment detect the level of IL-6 and CRP in serum.Results:All of the treatment groups had significant difference with the model groups in the level of IL-6 and CRP,especially the Bidouqing mixture with lower(P<0.01).Conclusion: Bidouqing mixture could improve the inflammatory reaction of nasosinusitis obviously.更多还原
