【Abstract】 Circular economy is built on advanced science and technology.With scientific and technological innovation being its prerequisite,economic development being its core and social harmony being its goal,circular economy is the organic integration of the society,economy,science and technology and environment.Synergetic economic development in Chinese county territory under the guidance of circular economics implies the unity of the various aspects of development and aims at an advanced stage of harmonious economic development.The development of circular economy requires a thorough understanding of the particulars of a country territory.The model of synergetic maturity within country territory is put forward in light of circular economic theories.This paper details the indices and the methods for evaluating synergetic maturity within country territory and argues that the evaluation should be done from both the temporal and the spatial dimensions.Our findings are useful to policy formation and consequently help to promote the sound economic development within a county territory.更多还原
