【摘要】 目的探讨弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)中Paracaspase蛋白表达与肿瘤细胞免疫表型、临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检查45例DLBCL细胞的CD10、Bcl-6、MUM1和Paracaspase等蛋白的表达,收集所有病例临床病理资料并随访,对检查结果进行统计学分析。结果Paracaspase蛋白表达阳性率为53.33%,Paracaspase(+)组病例临床分期明显早于Paracaspase(-)组,Paracaspase(+)组生存状况有好于Para-caspase(-)组的趋势。结论DLBCL细胞出现Paracaspase蛋白可能预示患者有一个较好的临床过程和生存状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Paracaspase and some immunophenotypes,clinicopathological features in diffuse large B cell lymphoma(DLBCL).Methods Expression of some immunophenotypes neoplastic cells,such as CD10,Bcl-6,MUM1,Paracaspase,etc,in DLBCL,were measured by immumohistochemistry stain.The clinicopathological data of all cases were collected to analyse.Results The positive rate of Paracaspase expression was 53.33%,the clinic stage was earlier in postive Paracaspase group than negative group,and a better trend of survival status was noticed in postive Paracaspase group.Conclusion The expression of Paracaspase may be associated with a better clinical course and prognosis in DLBCL.更多还原
