【摘要】 目的探讨冈上肌腱易病损的形态学原因,为冈上肌腱病损的预防和手术治疗提供解剖学依据。方法选取60具(60侧)经甲醛固定的成人(尸体)上肢标本,解剖观测冈上肌腱的位置、形态及肩关节外展过程中,冈上肌腱与肩峰、喙肩韧带等结构位置关系的变化。结果冈上肌腱位于肩峰、喙肩韧带的下方,呈四方形,长(35.3±1.33)mm,宽(30.6±1.0)mm;可分为肌腱质移行部、实质部、扩展部三部分;在肩关节由自然内收位(0°)至外展120°位运动过程中,冈上肌腱与肩峰、喙肩韧带的距离逐渐缩小,外展至90°时,距离最短。结论冈上肌腱实质部与扩展部是被挤压摩擦最严重的部位,也是病损的好发部位;对于较严重的冈上肌腱病损应手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the injury of the suraspinatus tendon morphologically,and to provide anatomical evidence for the prevention and surgical treatment.Methods 60 cases of adults specimens were used to investigate position,morphology,distribution of suraspinatus tendon,and the relationship between suraspinatus tendon,during the abduction of shoulder joint.Results The suraspinatus tendon was under acromion and coracoacromial ligament,and it was square,(35.3±1.33) mm in length,(30.6±1.0) mm in width,including 3 parts: migration,essence,expansion.In the course of adducent(0°) and abducent(120°),the distance with acromion and coracoacromial ligament became shorter,when abduction(90°),it was the shortest.Conclusion The essence and expansion of the suraspinatus tendon are considered to be easily compressed and injured.Serious injury of the suraspinatus tendon should be operated.更多还原
