【摘要】 目的探讨电解倒睫器对先天性泪囊瘘管的治疗作用。方法对13例先天性泪囊瘘管患者先以探针或冲洗针头了解瘘管走行、全长,并冲洗泪道,了解瘘管是否与泪囊相通。将与电解器负极相连的电解针沿瘘管走行轻轻插入瘘管,达瘘管全长,接通电解器电源,通电时间为15~20 s,见瘘管口有细小白色气泡冒出,即可取出电解针。术后局部涂抗生素眼膏。结果术后复查无1例出现溢泪症状,随访1~6个月,无复发。结论电解倒睫器治疗先天性泪囊瘘管,简便、安全、无出血、无感染、无瘢痕,效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the Trichiasis electrolyzer on congenital lacrimal fistula.Methods First an exploring needle or irrigating needle was used to determine the course and total length of the fistula in13 cases of congenital lacrimal fistula patients.Second,bathing the lacrimal passage was carried out to make sure that the fistula and the lacrimal sac were connected.An electrolysis needle was inserted into the whole fistula and the source of electricity was turned on for 15 to 20 seconds until an air bladder appeared in the orifice of the fistula.Antibiotics were post-operatively used.Results All cases were cured without epiphora.None recurred during a 1-6 month follow-up after the treatment.Conclusion The Trichiasis electrolyzer is convenient,safe,effective without bleeding,infection,and scaring for congenital lacrimal fistula.更多还原
