【摘要】 目的探讨90°喉内窥镜在喉咽部异物诊治中的应用。方法对102例有喉咽部异物史行常规间接喉镜检查未发现异物的患者,采用外径8 mm 90°喉内窥镜连接影像显示系统进行检查和治疗。结果102例中98例喉咽有异物,均在喉内窥镜下用异物钳成功取出。4例未发现异物,经X线诊断为食管异物,行食管异物取出术时发现异物位于食管入口。结论喉内窥镜光线充足、视野清晰、操作方便,可有效地减少隐蔽性喉咽异物的漏诊,是一种安全、有效、患者易接受的诊疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate a 90 degree laryngeal endoscope used in diagnosis and treatment of foreign bodies in the hypopharynx.Methods 102 patients with foreign bodies lodged in the hypopharynx but which had failed to be identified with indirect laryngoscopy were re-examined under video with a 8 mm,90 degree laryngeal endoscope from Mar.2003 to Sep.2007.Results 98 cases with foreign bodies in hypopharynx were found and removed successfully under laryngeal endoscope.4 cases which had failed to be identified foreign bodies in hypopharynx were referred for x-ray examination,foreign bodies were embedded in the entrance of the esophagus.Conclusion Foreign body lodged in the hypopharynx can be easily located and removed under 90 degree laryngeal endoscope,which has the advantages of good illumination,clear visualization,and convenient manipulation.The technique has been proven to be efficient,safe,well tolerated and to reduce missed diagnosis.更多还原
