热轧带钢短行程智能控制综述
Summary of Hot-rolled Strip Steel SSC Intelligent Control
【摘要】 论述了智能技术在热轧带钢短行程控制领域的应用,其中包括模糊控制、神经网络、遗传算法、粒子群优化等算法。这些算法可以更好地提高板宽控制精度,提高成材率和后续用户的钢材利用率。智能控制已成为轧钢短行程控制方面的一个发展趋势。
【Abstract】 This article summarized the applications of intelligent control technologies in the field of hot-rolled strip steel short stroke control. The intelligent technologied include Fuzzy Control,Neural Network,Genetic Algorithms and Particle Swarm Optimization and so on. These technologied could improve the control accuracy of the width,the rolling yield and the rolled steel availability of follow-up user. It pointed out that intelligent control had become a development trend in hot-rolled strip steel short stroke control.
