ICP-AES法测定不锈钢中微量钼、钒、钛、钴
Determination of Trace Mo,V,Ti and Co in Stainless Steel by ICP-AES Method
【摘要】 称取0.2000g样品于100mL钢铁两用瓶中,加入10mL混合酸(硝酸、盐酸)、7mL高氯酸和两滴氢氟酸,加热溶解样品,以水定容,用ICP-AES法测定不锈钢中微量Mo、V、Ti、Co。分析谱线分别为Mo203.844nm,V311.838nm,Ti336.121nm,Co228.616nm,用基体匹配和背景校正消除基体和共存元素的干扰。在选定最佳工作条件下,RSD(n=6)<6%,该方法简便、快速、准确度高,检出限低。
【Abstract】 Weighing 0.200 0 g stainless steel sample into 100 mL steel dual-bottle and adding 10 mL mixed acid (nitric acid,hydrochloric acid),7 mL perchloric acid and two drops of hydrofluoric acid,the sample was dissolved by heat,and adding water to the scale. In the conditions that analysis spectral lines were respectively Mo 203.844 nm,V 311.838 nm,Ti 336.121 nm and Co 228.616 nm,the trace Mo,V,Ti and Co element contents in the sample were made a measurement with inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy. The interference of the matrix and coexisting elements were eliminated by the matrix matching and background correction. Under the optimal working conditions,the relative standard deviation (n=6) was less than 6%. Then the method is simple,fast and accurate and has low detection limits.
