【摘要】 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定鼻炎丸中黄芩苷的含量.方法高效液相色谱法条件:色谱柱以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2)为流动相;检测波长为280nm.结果黄芩苷在进样量为0.204～1.02μg(r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;测定本品中黄芩苷的含量,加样回收率为99.97%(n=6),RSD为0.70%.结论所建立的方法准确可行,重复性好,可有效控制鼻炎丸的质量.更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for determining the content of baicalin in Biyan Pill.METHODS The high performance liquid chromatography was used to analyze quantitatively the content of baicalin with a column of C18,the mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid (47∶53∶0.2),the detection wave length was 280nm.RESULTS The results showed a good linearity in the range of 0.204～1.02μg (r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.97%(n=6)and RSD was 0.70%.CONCLUSION This method was precise and reliable to determine baicalin in Biyan Pill.更多还原
