唐山市1475例煤炭从业人员代谢综合征患病情况与危险因素分析

【摘要】 目的了解唐山市煤炭行业从业人员代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)的患病情况和相关危险因素。方法选取唐山市煤炭行业从业人员共1475人,进行问卷调查、体格检查和血生化检测。采用中华医学会糖尿病分会(Chinese Diabetes Society,CDS)制定的标准作为MS诊断标准,对1441例资料完整者的检测结果进行分析。结果共检出代谢综合征198例,检出率13.7%,具有1种或1种以上代谢异常者占72.5%。MS组与非MS组受试者的年龄、胆固醇、血肌酐、吸烟史和创伤史等差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MS患病情况随年龄增加而升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。性别、吸烟史、高血压家族史等是MS的独立危险因素。结论本研究中研究对象MS患病数量较多,职业性有害因素以及不良生活方式可能是MS的诱发因素。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the characteristics and risk factor of metabolic syndrome(metabolic syndrome,MS) among coal industry employee. Methods The survey population in this study is 1 475 coal industry employee aged ≥25 years in Tangshan city. MS was identified by Chinese Diabetes Society(CDS). A total of 1 441 subjects entered into the final statistical analysis. Results The detectable rate of MS was 13.7%. There were 72.5% of individuals having ≥1 components of MS. There was a remarkable statistical difference of age,current smoking,serum creatinine,history of trauma in subjects without MS and with MS. The detectable rate of MS were increased with aging(P=0.0024). Sex,smoking and family history of hypertension are risk factories of MS. Conclusion There was a highly detectable rate of MS in coal industry employee. Occupational hazard factors and unhealthy lifestyle habits maybe its causative factor.
