【摘要】 目的检测正常T细胞表达和分泌的活性调节蛋白(RANTES)和其受体CCR3以及RANTES mRNA在口腔扁平苔藓病损中的表达情况,探讨其在口腔扁平苔藓发生发展过程中的作用及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学、原位杂交及计算机图像处理技术检测30例口腔扁平苔藓粘膜组织和10例正常口腔粘膜组织中RANTES、CCR3及RANTES mRNA的表达。结果口腔扁平苔藓粘膜组RANTES、CCR3及RANTES mRNA的表达均高于正常口腔粘膜组织,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与正常口腔粘膜组织相比,口腔扁平苔藓组中RANTES、CCR3及RANTES mRNA的表达增多且分布存在差异,提示在口腔扁平苔藓的发生发展过程中RANTES发挥一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect expressions of RANTES,CCR3 and RANTES mRNA in the tissues of oral lichen planus(OLP) and normal oral mucosa and to explore the role of RANTES and CCR3 in the process of OLP.Methods Specimens were collected from 30 patients with OLP and 10 patients with normal oral mucosa.Expressions of RANTES and CCR3 were determined by the streptavidin-peroxidase(SP)technique. Expression of RANTES at the level of mRNA was observed by ISH.Results Expressions of RANTES and CCR3 in OLP were significantly higher than those in normal oral mucosa.Conclusion Compared with tissues of normal oral mucosa,different expressions and distribution of RANTES and CCR3 in OLP suggest that RANTES and CCR3 probably play important roles in the process of OLP.更多还原
