桂西北喀斯特区常绿落叶阔叶混交林种群种间联结性与相关性

【摘要】 通过AC测定、χ2检验、Pearson相关检验和Spearman秩相关检验多种指标,分别测定广西木论国家自然保护区9个乔木优势种群在6种不同尺度取样面积下的种间联结性和相关性。结果表明:在中亚热带石灰岩常绿落叶阔叶混交林内,种间联结性测定的取样面积以64~100m2为宜,而在9×9m2取样中最能体现优势种群的种间联结性及整个群落的特征;9种优势种组成的36对种对中,有15对存在显著或极显著关联,其中正关联12对,占所有显著或极显著关联对数的80%,占所有种对数的33.33%;负关联3对,占所有关联对数的20%,占所有种对数的8.33%。

【Abstract】 A series of parameters including interspecific association coefficient (AC),χ2-test,Pearson’s and Spearman’s correlation were used to study the interspecific association with different sizes of dominant species in an evergreen and deciduous broad-leaved mixed forest of karst area.Based on the 2×2 contingency table and species abundance data,the effects of different size on these parameters were examined.The major results are,The better quadrates of interspecific association is 64 m2-100 m2 in karst evergreen and deciduous broadleaved mixed forest at the mid-subtropics,but the quadrates of 9×9 m2 could exactly display the character of connection between dominant populations and the whole community.There were 36 species-pairs,which were composed by 9 dominant species and checked by χ2-test.Among these;the inter-species associations of 15 species-pairs were significant or very significant.Of these,12 species-pairs revealed a significant correlation,accounting for 33.33% and 80% of the species-pairs with a significant correlation.While 3 species-pairs showed a significant negative correlation,accounting for 8.33% of all species-pairs and 20% of the species-pairs with a significant correlation.
