微波消解—电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定矿物标样中的贵金属
Direct Determination of Noble Metal in Geo-chemical Samples by ICP-MS
【摘要】 本文利用电感耦合等离子质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定地质标样中的贵金属元素Pt、Pd、Rh,比较了不同消解方法对地质样品中贵金属含量的影响,研究建立了Pd的校正方程,有效克服了质谱干扰.Pt、Pd、Rh的检出限分别为1.59 ng.g-1,0.82 ng.g-1,0.04 ng.g-1.精密度为3.4%~13.0%,为大量地质样品中贵金属元素的快速分析提供了参考.
【Abstract】 A method of using aqua regia digests Geo-chemical standard reference sample,and using ICP-MS determinate noble metal directly is established.The effects of different methods for noble metal are compared and it establishes a correct equation for Pd,This method surmounts mass spectrum interferences efficiently.The detection limits of the method were 1.59 ng/g for Pt,0.82 ng/g for Pd and 0.04 ng/g for Rh.The precision(n=12) is between 3.4%~13.0% was obtained.This method has offered a reference for the determination of these three trace elements in geo-chemical samples.
