一种新的非水溶性光致聚合物全息干版的溶剂
A New Water-resisting Photopolymer Solvent on the Holographic Dry Plate
【摘要】 讨论了溶剂对非水溶性光致聚合物全息干版的质量及对其全息性能的影响,通过大量试验筛选出一种新的较佳的溶剂.该溶剂与成膜物、光敏剂、单体等成份匹配较好,适合刮涂法、挤压涂法和自然流平涂制干版.涂出的干版厚度均匀、平滑、颜色均匀、膜干时间合适及保存期长;拍摄的反射全息图清晰明亮.
【Abstract】 We discussed the influence of the water-resisting sensitive photopolymer solvent on the holographic performance in this paper.We selected a new appropriate solvent through many times of experiments.This kind of the solvent is matched with the film forming matter,photo sensitizer,and the monomer extraordinarily.The thickness of the dry plate was homogeneous and smooth.The color and the drying time of the dry plate were homogeneous too.So it was suited to the scrapping smear technique,the pressure smear technique and the natural fluid smear technique to fabricate the dry plate.Furthermore,the reflection hologram is very good.
