【Abstract】 Solid lipid nanoparticles(SLN) have attracted increasing attention as an efficient and non-toxic alternative lipophilic colloidal drug carrier in recent years.In this article,the research and application of SLN are reviewed in gene delivery,non-injection system for protein and polypeptide,solubilization and targeted drug delivery system on the basics of owr work and relative documents.更多还原
