超临界CO2流体提取苦参中总黄酮

【摘要】 目的研究超临界流体法提取苦参中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺。方法采用单因子及正交试验,考察提取温度、压力、时间以及夹带剂流量对苦参黄酮类化合物提取量的影响。结果苦参黄酮类化合物提取工艺的最佳参数组合为:温度30℃,压力30MPa,乙醇流速0.4mL/min,时间60min。最佳条件下总黄酮提取率5.82%。结论超临界CO2提取苦参中总黄酮工艺简单、提取率高,可替代已有的方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the optimal extraction condition of total flavonoids in Sophora flavescens by supercritical CO2 fluid.Methods The single-factor and orthogonal design experiments were adopted to investigate the effects of extracting temperature,pressure,time and the ethanol flow rate on the extraction efficiency.Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature of 30 ℃,extraction pressure of 30 MPa,ethanol flow rate of 0.4 mL/min,extraction time of 60 min.The extraction efficiency of total flavonoids was as high as 5.82 %.Conclusion With simple technology and high extraction efficiency,the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction for total flavonoids in Sophora flavescens is feasible.
