盐酸丙帕他莫有关物质的HPLC测定
Determination of Related Substances in Propacetamol Hydrochloride by HPLC
【摘要】 目的建立HPLC法测定盐酸丙帕他莫的有关物质。方法以十八烷基键合硅胶为填充剂,乙腈-水(30∶70,含10.0 mmol/L辛烷磺酸钠,醋酸调pH3.0)为流动相,检测波长246 nm。结果盐酸丙帕他莫检测限为0.2 ng,与其有关物质能完全分离。结论本方法准确、专属性强,可用于盐酸丙帕他莫有关物质的测定。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of related substances in propacetamol hydrochloride.Methods A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(30∶70,containing 10.0 mmol/L sodium octanesulphonate and adjusting pH to 3.0 with acetic acid),and the detection wavelength was 246 nm.Results The detection limit was 0.2 ng and under this condition,the related substances could be completely separated from propacetamol hydrochloride.Conclusion This method is accurate,specific and can be used for the quality control of propacetamol hydrochloride.
