数字式异步电机转矩转速测量装置的研制
Digital Intellective Torque and Rotational Speed Measurement Equipment for Asynchronous Machine
【摘要】 在异步电机高性能矢量控制或电机测试系统中,为更好地研究异步电机控制方案对电机转矩、转速等参数的采集、存储、显示,研究了一种用于实验室基于软件技术的改进型数字式异步电机转矩转速测量装置,通过对异步电机基本参数测量即可实现转矩转速的测量。实验结果表明,该转矩转速测试装置精度高、抗干扰能力强、操作简单,大大提高了测量装置的可靠性和寿命,降低了测量装置的成本。
【Abstract】 In the high performance vector control,measurement and control system of the asynchronous machine,in order to obtain the operating state of machine,thoroughly research control scheme of asynchronous machine,it needs to acquire,save and display parameters such as torque and rotor speed of electrical machine.The measurement of torque and rotational speed of asynchronous machine,especially the measurement of torque,is normally realized by machinery sensors,generally the result is gotten by inverting the torque to variation of physical parameters.By analysising the torque and rotate speed measure principle of the machine,this paper designed a new measure system that can get the torque and rotational speed of asynchronous machine by measuring the basic parameters of the machine based on software technique.It shows experimentally that the system has high accuracy and good anti-jamming ability,and the operation is simple.This method makes the measurement equipment more reliable and durable.It can reduce the cost of the measurement equipment.
