混流式水轮机全流道三维非定常流场数值模拟
3-D Unsteady Flow Field Numerical Simulation of Whole Flow Passage in Francis Turbine
【摘要】 基于三维时均N—S方程和RNGk—ε双方程湍流模型,采用滑移网格模型进行了混流式水轮机全流道动静干扰的三维非定常湍流计算,捕捉了水轮机各过流部件内复杂湍流场分布和尾水管内涡旋结构等流动信息随时间的变化情况。计算结果表明,水轮机中的水流处于复杂的湍流运动状态,随时间推移变化剧烈,计算结果更接近实际流场分布。
【Abstract】 The unsteady numerical simulation of three dimensional turbulent flow rotor-stator interaction in Francis turbine was conducted on the basis of 3D N-S equations based on RNG turbulence model and sliding mesh technology.The results show that the detail of flow field and vortex structures and its developing process in Francis turbine can be well predicted.The results show that the hydraulic turbine flow was the turbulent flow in complex state.The turbulent flow changes significantly along with the time process.The calculation results were closer to the actual distribution of the flow field.
