【摘要】 通过RT-PCR扩增9株贵州省PRRSV流行毒株的ORF5基因,并将其连接到pMD18-T载体进行克隆测序得到目的基因序列。参考国内外毒株,分析其变异特点。结果表明,9株PRRSV贵州流行株都属于美洲型毒株,其ORF5序列之间同源性为99.5%~100.0%。以GZCJ株为贵州省代表毒株,与美洲型参考毒株之间的同源性为89.7%~98.7%,与近年流行的毒株遗传距离较近,与早期流行毒株遗传距离较远,其发生了大量点突变。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ORF5 of 9 strains PRRSV in Guizhou Province were amplified by RT-PCR,and ligated into the pMD18-T vector and sequenced.Compared with others ORF5 sequences of PRRSV,its variation charaters Guizhou strains were analyzed.The result indicated that 9 strains of PRRSV in Guizhou Province belong to all North America type,whose sequence similarities are 99.5%-100% at nucleotide level.As a representative,GZCJ shares 89.7% to 98.7% homology with the reference strains at nucleotide level.It is closele related to the strains appeared in recent years.Compared with the CH-1a strain,much mutation of GP5 have occurred in PRRSV appeared in Guizhou.更多还原
