【Abstract】 The Plant variety right is the unique intellectual property in agriculture,which consists of a collection of multi dimensional characteristics,such as,exclusivity,divisibility,durability and transferability. However,the different types of plant variety rights have different contents and properties,and therefore different property quality.The paper tries to analyze the properties of plant variety rights through economic model quantitatively,to evaluate the property quality of plant variety rights scientifically,and to improve the effectiveness of plant variety protection regime.更多还原
