【摘要】 随着我国城市化进程的加快,大量农村土地被征用,产生了大量的失地农民。作为新的弱势群体,失地农民合法权益遭受侵害的现象日益严重,成为我国社会发展中必须面对而又急需解决的问题。由于对失地农民的权益保护缺乏必要的法律支撑,致使农民失去土地后面临严重的生存风险,同时也带来了权益缺失救济的困难。因此,根本的问题要从法律制度层面入手,针对失地农民权益保护的具体要求,健全和完善相关的法律制度与保障机制,为失地农民的权益保护提供法律支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the urbanization accelerating,a vast amount of non-urban lands have been acquired,as a result,a large number of farmers who lost their lands have been created.As a new form of disadvantaged groups,the farmer’s legal rights and interests have been seriously violated.It is an urgent issue needed to be addressed in the China’s social development.Due to the lack of legal foundation for the protection of the legal rights and interests of the farmer who lost their lands,the farmer face great difficulty of survival after they lost their lands,also,it is difficult to remedy the loss of the farmer’s rights and interests.It is therefore that the issue needed to be addressed fundamentally from legal system of its very own,to protect the farmer rights and interests by improving and perfecting the related legal system and its safeguard mechanism.更多还原
