燃料电池轿车动力总成悬置设计与加速工况分析

【摘要】 设计了某新型燃料电池轿车的动力总成的悬置方式;利用三维CAD设计软件获得了该动力总成的质量、质心位置及惯性参数;分析计算了主惯性轴、悬置点的坐标值与垂向刚度值,并进行了静力学分析;利用Matlab对上述设计进行了固有频率及能量解耦计算;在0.5g的加速度起步条件下,获得了该车三个悬置点作用力变化曲线与位移变化曲线,以及该动力总成质心处加速度与角加速度变化曲线。通过分析上述变化曲线,研究了该总成设计的加速工况特性。

【Abstract】 The mounting type of fuel cell vehicle is designed in the article.Using the CAD software,the mass,the center of mass and axis of inertia are obtained.The principal axis of inertia,the position of mounting and vertical stiffness coefficient are analyzed and calculated.Using Matlab software,natural frequency and energy decoupling are calculated.Under the condition of 0.5 * g acceleration,the variation curve of applied force and variation curve of displacement of 3 mounting positions are achieved,as well as the variation curve of acceleration and angular acceleration.According to above variation curves,the characteristics under the condition of 0.5g acceleration are studied.
