输送管道内低浓度瓦斯爆炸传播实验研究

【摘要】 为了提高煤矿抽采瓦斯的利用率和抽采系统的安全性,实现低浓度瓦斯的安全抽采和利用,开发可靠、完善、配套的低浓度瓦斯抽放系统设备,对低浓度瓦斯抽放输送管道中瓦斯爆炸传播机理进行了实验研究。研究表明,DN500 mm和DN700 mm管道的全管道瓦斯爆炸最大压力峰值出现在出口附近,在本试验条件下,最大压力峰值在0.7~1.9 MPa之间;瓦斯爆炸压力峰值从爆源点开始逐渐下降,传播一段距离后出现拐点,压力峰值开始上升;火焰速度随着传播距离的加长而依次增大,在靠近出口处,火焰传播速度最快;管道管径的不同明显影响了瓦斯的爆炸过程。这些规律性的结论为低浓度瓦斯输送管道的承压设计、各种隔抑爆设备的承压设计以及输送管道上各种隔抑爆设备的安装距离的确定提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 In order to increase the utilization of gas drainage in coalmines and the safety of the gas extraction system,achieve the safe extraction and utilization of low concentration gas and develop the reliable,consummate and complete equipment for low concentration gas drainage system,we carried out an experimental study on the gas explosion dissemination mechanism in low concentration gas drainage pipelines.The research showed that the biggest pressure of gas explosion in whole pipelines with DN 500 mm and DN 700 mm appeared in the vicinity of the pipe exit.In the experiment,the biggest pressure was between 0.7and 1.9 MPa and the peak of gas explosion pressure began to gradually decline from the point of explosion source and rise after a long way of dissemination.With the spread of long distance,the flame velocity increased and reached the max in vicinity of the pipe exit.So,gas explosion was obviously influenced by the difference of pipe diameters.These regular conclusions provided a theoretical basis for pressure design of pipelines in low concentration gas transmission,for pressure design of various explosion isolation and suppression devices,and for determination of installation distance between the explosion isolation and suppression devices along pipelines.
