【摘要】 本文针对蒙代尔所提出的世界货币构想,通过回顾世界货币体系的发展史、货币霸权的更迭以及各国汇率制度的变迁,认为在黄金总量不足和分布不均的情况下,回归金本位比起美元信用本位更不利于发展中国家的发展;主要货币区的形成趋势较为明显,在和平合作的国际环境下有益于国际经济的发展;主要货币国难以放弃浮动汇率而归于DEY框架下的固定汇率;虚化的DEY难以真正扮演世界货币的角色。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper explores the possibility of realizing Mundell’s blueprint of world currency by reviewing the evolution of world currency system,the transformation of dominance currency and the transition of exchange system in major countries. We come to the following four conclusions:first,due to gross amount limitation and uneven distribution of gold,retreating to gold standard is even harmful for the development of developing countries than dollar standard;second,the trend of major currency areas being formed is quite obvious,and this is suitable for the global economy development in a peaceful international enviroment;third,major currency countries have little impetus to go back to the fixed exchange rates system in DEY framework from floating exchange rate system;final,the dematerialisation of DEY hinders it from acting as the world currency.更多还原
