自保温节能承重多孔砖的研究与应用

【摘要】 介绍了一种兼承重、保温双重功能的新型节能多孔砖砌体,该砖采用了混凝土多孔砖与EPS板的一次成型工艺,混凝土多孔砖、EPS保温层与保护层三者采用燕尾及钢丝连接。通过对该砖砌体传热性能、组砌方式、墙体设计等关键问题的应用研究,采取将保温层置于墙体内侧及热桥部位局部处理的措施。避免了传统外墙外保温的裂缝和外墙内保温热桥部位结露问题,满足了国家节能65%的要求,该砌体与传统外墙外保温的粘贴相比,具有保温层与建筑物同寿命,保温性能可靠,施工方便等优点,造价降低约30%。在具体工程应用中取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 This article describes a new-type energy-saving porous brick masonry with double functions of load bearing and thermal preservation.Once shaping technique is adopted combining concrete porous brick and EPS board in the brick masonry.And the concrete porous brick,EPS insulation layer and protection layer are attached by dovetail and steel wire.Through application research of the heat conductivity,bricking mode,wall designing and other key issues of the brick masonry,we put the thermal preservation layer in the inner side of wall and took local processing to the heat bridge,which could avoid the occurrence of cracks in traditional exterior insulation of exterior walls and condensation in heat bridge of inner insulation of exterior walls,which meets the national requirement of saving energy by 65%.Against traditional sticking method of exterior walls,the masonry function can last the same time as does the building itself,bears reliable heat-insulating property,which is convenient for construction and reduces the cost as well by about 30%.The technique has achieved good effects in specific projects.
