基于DSP的电液伺服控制系统
Electro-Hydraulic Servo-Control System Based on DSP
【摘要】 阐述电液伺服控制系统的特点,提出一种高性能的电液伺服控制系统的设计方案。建立液压系统的数学模型,并进行控制系统软、硬件的设计。硬件部分采用TMS320LF2407 DSP芯片作为核心处理器,软件部分则采用具有先进智能性的模糊PID控制算法。利用MATLAB软件对控制系统进行仿真,仿真结果说明采用模糊PID控制算法具有极大优越性,可提高系统的控制性能。
【Abstract】 The characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo-control system are discussed and the blue print of a high-efficient electro-hydraulic servo-control system is presented.The mathematical model of the hydraulic system is established and the software and hardware of the control system are designed.The high-performance DSP chip TMS320LF2407 is used as main processor and the fuzzy-PID control algorithm with advanced intelligence.The simulation results indicate that the fuzzy-PID control algorithm has great advantages in improve the performance of the control system.
