成型工艺对CFRP及CFRS渗滤阈值的影响

【摘要】 分别采用注浆、压制、挤出三种成型工艺制备碳纤维-普通硅酸盐水泥基复合材料(CFRP),和碳纤维-硫铝酸盐水泥基复合材料(CFRS),研究三种成型工艺对复合材料微观结构和渗滤阈值的影响。结果表明:注浆成型制备的CFRP和CFRS的渗滤阈值均为w=0.6%;采用2MPa、10MPa压力压制成型制备的CFRP和CFRS的渗滤阈值分别为w=0.6%和w=0.4%;挤出成型制备的CFRP和CFRS的渗滤阈值均为w=0.8%;注浆成型的CFRS及2 MPa下压制成型的CFRP阈值电阻率较低分别为0.9Ω.m和0.7Ω.m,具有较好的电性能。

【Abstract】 Carbon fiber reinforced original Portland cement(CFRP) and reinforced sulphoaluminate cement(CFRS) composites were prepared by moulding,pressing and extrusion technology.The different influences of these three kinds of forming technologies on the microstructure and the percolation threshold of CFRP and CFRS were studied.Experimental results indicate that the percolation thresholds of CFRP and CFRS prepared by moulding technology are all w=0.6%,the prepared by pressing technology under 2 MPa and 10 MPa are w=0.6% and w=0.4%,respectiuely and the prepared by extrusion technology are all w=0.8%.At the percolation threshold,the resistivity of CFRS prepared by moulding technology is 0.9 Ω·m and the resistivity of CFRP prepared by pressing technology under 2 MPa is 0.7 Ω·m.These two kinds of composites have better conductivities.
