邻甲苯胺重氮化-水解制备邻甲酚工艺改进

【摘要】 以邻甲苯胺为原料,采用重氮化-水解法制备高纯度邻甲酚,通过正交实验和单因素实验对重氮化反应工艺条件进行了优化。实验结果表明,该反应的优化条件为:重氮化n(硫酸)∶n(邻甲苯胺)=3.4∶1.0,硫酸溶液质量分数为3%,亚硝酸钠溶液的质量分数为35%,加料速度为0.8 mL/m in,重氮液的滴加速度为20 mL/m in。此优化条件下,邻甲酚收率可达86.2%,纯度99.5%。

【Abstract】 The o-cresol is an important intermediate for synthesizing many fine chemical products.The diazotization and hydrolysis process was used to synthesize high purity o-cresol using o-toluidine as the main material.The reaction conditions were optimized by orthogonal design and single factor design.The optimal conconditions are as follows:n(sulphuric acid)∶n(o-toluidine)=3.4∶1,the 1concentration of sulphuric acid solution is 35%,the adding rate of 35% NaNO2 solution is 0.8 mL/min,and the adding rate of diazotization solution is 20 mL/min.The yield of o-cresol could reach 86.2% under those optimized conditions and the purity was 99.5%.
