载金属离子的介孔炭对噻吩吸附性能的研究

【摘要】 采用模板法制备了介孔炭,并利用浸渍法将金属离子N i2+、Co2+负载在该介孔材料上。研究了不同吸附剂、温度和浓度对吸附的影响。结果表明,介孔炭负载N i2+或Co2+比13X负载N i2+脱硫效果好,N i2+/介孔炭比Co2+/介孔炭脱硫效果好。当负载N i2+的量为10%,温度为20℃时,介孔炭的脱硫效果最好。

【Abstract】 Mesoporous carbon was synthesized adopting template technique,and then metallic ions such as Ni2+,Co2+ were encapsulated into mesoporous materials utilizing impregnation technique.The influences of adsorption were studied by using different sorbent,under different temperatures and different concentrations.The results showed that the desulfurizing effects of Ni2+/mesoporous carbon or Co2+/ mesoporous carbon was better than Ni2+/13X,and the desulfurizing effects of Ni2+/mesoporous carbon was better than Co2+/mesoporous carbon.The highest desulfurizing efficiency was obtained when the 10% of Ni2+ was encapsulated on mesoporous carbon and the experiment temperature was 20℃.
