三羟甲基丙烷合成工艺研究
The Synthesis Technology of Trimethylolpropane
【摘要】 以正丁醛、甲醛和液碱为主要原料,经羟醛缩合、Cannizzaro歧化反应制备三羟甲基丙烷。反应转化率大于92%。反应液采用溶剂法除盐——高真空蒸馏——溶剂萃取——重结晶工艺处理,所得三羟甲基丙烷产品总收率大于75%。
【Abstract】 Trimethylolpropane(TMP) was synthesized from n-butyraldehyde,an aqueous solution of formaldehyde and an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide through aldol condensation reaction and Cannizzaro reaction.The conversion rate of TMP ≥92%.The products were isolated from the crude reaction solution of TMP by solvent extraction process desalination,high vacuum distillation,extraction and recrystallization.The total yield of TMP≥75%.
