甲基萘磺酸系高效减水剂的合成探讨

【摘要】 以甲基萘油为原料,经过磺化、水解、缩合、中和四步反应合成高减水率的甲基萘磺酸系减水剂,并对合成中影响高效减水剂性能的甲醛滴加温度、甲醛滴加时间、缩合温度、缩合时间、缩合加水量等因素做了进一步探讨。

【Abstract】 The series of methylnaphthalene sulfonic acid were synthesized from methylnaphthalene.And various kinds of factors of influencing the performance of the water reducing agent had been discussed ulteriorly about composition.The factors included the temperature of formaldehhyde added dropwise and condensation,the time of formaldehhyde added dropwise and condensation,the added-water quantity of condensation and so on.
