含二茂铁基Shiff碱的合成
Synthesis of the Compound Containing Ferrocenyl Schiff Base
【摘要】 以呋喃甲酸为原料,经酯化、酰肼化反应得到呋喃甲酸酰肼,再由乙酰二茂铁与呋喃甲酸酰肼在乙醇溶剂中反应得到含二茂铁基的呋喃甲酸酰腙,较系统地研究了乙酰二茂铁与呋喃甲酸酰肼的反应物质的量比、反应温度和反应时间对产率的影响。实验表明:在乙酰二茂铁与呋喃甲酸酰肼物质的量比为1:1.1,反应时间为30~40℃,反应时间5h的优化条件下,产品产率达83%,以红外光谱、核磁共振谱对产品进行确定。
【Abstract】 The compound containing ferrocenyl Schiff base furan-2-caraoxylic acid acyi hydrazone was synthesized by the reaction of acetylferrocene with furan-2-caraoxylic acid hydrazide in ethanol. Synthesis of furan-2-caraoxylic acid hydrazide was investigated by the ester spending reaction ,the acyl hydrazine spending reaction with (a-)furancarboxylic acid as raw materia. The influential factors of the product yield such as molar ratio of acetylferrocene and furan-2-caraoxylic acid hydrazide,reaction time and reaction temperature were systematically studied. The yield can reaches 83% under the fillowing optimum conditions:n(acetylferrocene):n(furan-2-caraoxylic acid hydrazide) = 1:1.1,the reaction temperature was 30~40℃,the reaction time was 5h. The compound was determined by IR and 1HNMR spectrometer.
