玉米秸秆促腐的实验研究

【摘要】 实验研究了氨水、碳酸铵和尿素对秸秆的促腐效果,结果表明:3种溶液中,氨水的促腐效果最好,施用浓度为4%的氨水,12h后对粗纤维的降解率可以达到20.6%.田间实验表明:喷洒浓度为6%氨水的玉米秸秆半年后,粗纤维的最大降解率可以达到48.2%,降解情况明显高于没有喷洒的秸秆.这种促腐既减小了对小麦出苗的不利影响,又增加了土壤肥力.

【Abstract】 Effects of ammonia,urea and ammonium carbonate on corrosion of corn stalk were investigated via experiments.Results showed that the ammonia is the best among them.Degradation degree of coarse fibre treated with 4% ammonia reached 20.6% after 12 hours.Experiments in farm showed that degradation degree of coarse fibre reached 48.2% half a year after treated with 6% ammonia,much higher than those without any treat ment.This accelerated corrosion of corn stalk not only reduces its adverse effect on seedling of wheat,but also increases soil fertility.
