固体激光器微柱透镜耦合系统优化设计
Optimum design of micro-cylindrical lens coupling system for solid lasers
【摘要】 设计了LDA泵浦固体激光器的泵浦耦合系统——微柱透镜阵列.根据光的折反射定律,给出了光线追迹公式,用MATLAB编制了光线追迹程序,分析了微柱透镜阵列与LDA的耦合效果.结果发现,LDA与微柱透镜的相对距离为70μm时LDA整体光束的会聚效果最好.同时完成了对每个LD线阵的快轴发散角的压缩,简化了LDA泵浦全固化激光器的结构.
【Abstract】 Micro-cylindrical lens coupling system was designed according to the structure and the lasing characteristics of LDA.Ray tracing equations was presented based on the law of optical refraction and reflection,and the ray tracing program in Matlab was given.The simulation results show that overall beam convergence will be realized only through micro-cylindrical lenses by choosing the distance of 70μm between LDA and micro-cylindrical lenses,and that at the same time divergence angle of each LD in fast-axis will be compressed.This design also simplifies the structure of solid lasers.
