银杏叶提取物治疗冠心病的机制研究

【摘要】 目的:研究银杏叶提取物治疗冠心病的机制。方法:将100例冠心病患者随机分为银杏叶提取物治疗组和对照组,观察心绞痛症状,检测冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)血流,血浆一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET)水平。结果:治疗组的总有效率优于对照组(P<0.01),并且LAD舒张期峰值流速,收缩期峰值流速和舒张期时间速度积分显著增加(P<0.01),NO水平升高(P<0.01),ET水平下降(P<0.01),NO/ET比值升高(P<0.01);而对照组LAD血流,NO和ET水平无明显变化。Pearson线性相关分析显示,LAD血流的增加与血浆NO水平升高,ET水平下降,以及NO/ET比值升高显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:银杏叶提取物可增加冠心病患者LAD血流,其机制可能与改善血浆NO和ET平衡有关。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the therapeutic mechanisms of Ginkgo biloba extract on coronary artery disease.Methods: One hundred patients with coronary artery disease were randomly assigned to treatment group(treated with Ginkgo biloba extract injection) and control group.At baseline and after therapy,distal left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD)blood flow,plasma NO and ET concentration were measured;Meanwhile,the symptoms of angina pectoris were observed.Results: Treatment group had higher effective rate than control group(P < 0.01).Treatment with Ginkgo biloba extract demonstrated a significant improvement in diastolic peak velocity,systolic peak velocity and diastolic time velocity integral of LAD blood flow(P < 0.01).In treatment group,plasma NO increased (P < 0.01),ET decreased(P < 0.01),and then NO/ET ratio was increased(P < 0.01).In contrast,saline had no effects on these parameters.A linear correlation was confirmed between the percentage change in LAD blood flow and NO,ET or NO/ET ratio following Ginkgo biloba extract treatment.Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba extract in the treatment of coronary artery disease can increase LAD blood flow,which might be at least partly related to the restoration of delicate equilibrium between NO and ET.
