【Abstract】 Modern logistics is a new productive service,the booming of which will accelerate the transformation of the mode of economic growth and the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,leading the better and faster development.Presently,both Guangzhou and Foshan are working hard to enhance the regional economic cooperation.This effort will promote the optimization and upgrading to a broader and deeper level.Therefore,based on the demand of the further economic development of Foshan and the upgrading of the industrial structure,the paper demonstrated argumentation of the internal relationship between the development of modern logistics and the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure as well as the feasibility.Related policies and measures,and development mode were put forward,aiming to provide,from the viewpoint of theory,some assistance and guidelines in Foshan’s development of modern logistics and the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.更多还原
