【摘要】 针对搬运队伍老年化的趋势,本文对其成因、后果及解决对策进行了研究。首先通过分析近十年来深圳某搬运公司的用工数据,得出了物流搬运队伍老年化日益严重的结论;然后结合当前政策,对搬运队伍老年化的成因及后果进行了分析;最后提出了相应的解决对策,重点是推广应用现代物流技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pointing to the aging-trend phenomenon of stevedore,this paper studies its causes,consequences and solving countermeasures.At first,by analyzing the labor data of one portaging company in Shenzhen,this paper gives such a conclusion that portaging labor aging phenomenon is serious increasingly.And then considering current national policies,its causes and consequences are analyzed.At last,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,which are particularly to promoting the application of modern logistics technology.更多还原
