【摘要】 目的:探讨外科手术治疗侵犯左心房的局部晚期肺癌的临床疗效。方法:对15例局部晚期肺癌患者施行肺叶或全肺切除时,同时切除部分左心房。其中左肺下叶切除5例,左全肺切除3例,右肺中下叶切除4例,右肺下叶切除3例。结果:15例患者均无手术死亡,术后有3例发生心律失常,1例并发肺炎。生存期超过1年10例,超过3年5例,2例生存超过5年。结论:外科手术治疗侵犯左心房的局部晚期肺癌,能明显提高患者的术后生存期和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment for locally advanced lung cancer invading left atrium. Methods; Data of 15 cases with locally advanced lung cancer invading left atrium were anlayzed retrospectivley. All the 15 patients received partial resection of left atrium when they underwent lobectomy or total pneumonectomy In these cases,5 underwent the left lower lobe resection, 3 underwent left pneumonectomy, 4 underwent right middle and lower lobe resection and 3 underwent right lower lobe resection . Results:No surgery related death occurred, and arrhythmia happended in 3 cases, pneumonia in 1 case. 10 cases survived more than 1 year, 5 cases more than 3 years and 2 patients more than 5 years. Conclusion; Surgical treatment for locally advanced lung cancer can increase the postoperative patients’ survival period and life quality conspicuously.更多还原
